Returns

Returns & Exchange Period:
Our return policy is 30 days from the day you receive your product.

How to Return an Item:                                                                                        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all packing materials, manuals and accessories.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To receive an RMA, please contact us at (800) 886-8227, ext. 255 or email us at matt@carmensvacuum.com.

Once approved we will email you an RMA form to include with your returned item.

Shipping:
Please note that you responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days and notify you via email that your return has been processed. We will reimburse you for the returned item in the same way in which you paid for it.

Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition including all accessories and packaging. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied or receive a 15% restocking fee as well as a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for any missing items.

Non-Returnable Items:
Select items are "Non-Returnable Items" and/or "Special Order Items". Sales of such items are considered "final" and are not eligible for returns. Each non-returnable item will be designated with one or more of the following icons:

These items could include non-stock items; oversize items that ship directly from the manufacturer and items that require special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Defective products will be processed through the manufacturer's warranty policy.
